I think it would be a good deal for the Democrats to run on the same ticket as it will vastly improve thier chances of taking on the McCain camp and removes the very real possibility of a split party. However I believe Clinton is using this tactically in order to be seen as reasonable and the best person for the job. Instead of being seen to refuse this outright (and risk alienating people who see this as a good option), Obama should have acknowledged that the former first lady has a lot of experience behind her and she would make a fantastic advisor in the capacity of Vice President....... Interesting!
