Voting is underway in the crucial States of Texas and Ohio (let’s not forget the other two smaller States voting today – Vermont and Rhode Island). It is still too close to call but according to Barack Obama’s team a win would seal the fate of Hillary Clinton’s campaign – a comment which she refutes, vowing to continue, even if the big two States do not fall her way.
The importance of these Primaries is not to be underestimated. While the Republican front runner John McCain seemingly has his party’s nomination in the bag, things are not so clear-cut for the liberals. Interestingly (and perhaps confusingly), Clinton is claiming to have the much-beloved ‘momentum’ going into the Primaries today – off the back of 11 straight losses to Obama in previous votes. There’s hope for problem-gamblers yet.
Here is a link to a BBC article outlining the situation and providing statistics about the tight election race:

Great site, sir. I will try and find something on French politics – perhaps a satirical cartoon or two – to provide a genuine link between our sites. Also I’ll add your link to my side bar.
